Seattle-Isfahan Sister City Advocacy (SISCA) invites you to the 5th Annual Nowruz Celebration—a vibrant festival honoring the Persian New Year. Celebrate the arrival of spring with music, dance, art, and Persian traditions. This year’s festival is bigger than ever, featuring live performances, cultural displays, and family-friendly activities.
