Per Google maps, from Pier 91 (Smith Cove Terminal) it is about 4.5 miles, taking 15 minutes by car…double that time if traffic is heavy (rush hour). From Pier 66 (Bell St Terminal) it is about 2.5 miles and takes slightly less time, about 12 minutes….again double that time if traffic is heavy.
