Seattle Jazz Vespers is a secular concert of professional jazz music, for those who love jazz, with an inspirational message. The concerts are hosted the first Sunday night of each month, October through June in the historic sanctuary of Seattle First Baptist on First Hill. Seattle Jazz Vespers is free and open to the public. No tickets or reservations are needed. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the music starts at 6:00 p.m. The artists will perform one set and during their break a “free-will” donation will be taken to help support the musicians, followed by a short non-sectarian inspirational message.
