The Whidbey Working Artists Summer Open Studio Tour usually takes place in August, with 49 studios covering Whidbey Island from north to south, east to west, is your chance to meet and talk with the artists in their native habitat – their studios! The sheer concentration of artists on Whidbey Island has created an ecosystem of artists who inspire each other as well as take inspiration from their surroundings. You can participate in this creative atmosphere by stopping at as many studios as you can fit into your schedule in a whirlwind tour.
