Listed below are many ways to source local farm foods and products. We update the list from time to time, so check back a few times a year to see what might be new.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
Community Supported Agriculture, commonly known as CSA, is a subscription service with a local farmer. Local farmers offer CSAs during the growing season, roughly June to September in the Pacific Northwest.
You pay for your CSA subscription in one lump sum before the growing season begins. Then, throughout the terms of the subscription, you receive a box of seasonal produce. CSAs are available from a wide variety of farmers and subscriptions, and vary in cost due to box size and frequency of delivery.
